Ben Gurion university of the Negev
BGRacing (Ben Gurion Racing) is a Formula Student racing team from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, dedicated to the design, development, and construction of high-performance single-seater race cars. The team operates within the Faculty of Engineering and is composed of multidisciplinary students from mechanical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, industrial engineering and management, computer science, and related fields.
Each year, BGRacing designs and builds a completely new race car from the ground up, in full compliance with the international Formula Student regulations. The process spans the entire engineering lifecycle — concept development, CAD and structural analysis, powertrain and electronics design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and race validation — providing team members with hands-on experience comparable to that of engineers in the global automotive and motorsport industries.
The team has achieved significant international recognition. BGRacing was the first Israeli team to successfully complete all dynamic events with an electric vehicle in major Formula Student competitions in Europe, including Germany and Croatia. In previous seasons, the team also secured top-ten overall finishes, marking a major milestone for Israeli participation in Formula Student competitions.
Beyond competition results, BGRacing serves as a platform for innovation, leadership, and applied engineering excellence. The team emphasizes lightweight structures, advanced materials, high-voltage electric systems, and performance-driven design, while fostering teamwork, project management skills, and strong collaboration with industry partners.
BGRacing represents the forefront of student-led motorsport engineering in Israel — combining academic knowledge, real-world engineering challenges, and competitive spirit to shape the next generation of automotive and mobility engineers.

The Rennstall Esslingen is the Formula Student Electric Team of the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen. The name is based on the nickname of our university, “Stall”. The origin of the nickname reaches back to the year 1868. Back in the days the university was located in Stuttgart next to the royal stables. After the school moved to Esslingen the students took the nick with them.
The University of Akron
Zips Racing has been designing, building, and competing with Formula SAE cars at the University of Akron for 38 years; first as one internal combustion (IC) car, then as both an IC and electric vehicle (EV), and finally as one EV. To stay at the forefront of racing technology, we formed a unified Zips Racing in 2024. This past season, we built ZR25, our first four in-wheel hub motor car powered by a pouch cell accumulator. Currently, we are seeking to build our new car to be the second iteration: ZR26.
UAS Landshut
LA eRacing e.V., the electric racing team of the UAS Landshut was founded in 2010 with the aim to create a practical environment for students of all faculties to apply and develop their theoretical knowledge.
With our new team captains and 60 active members, we are looking forward to the 2025/26 season with curiosity and the certainty that we will also continue to develop our social skills. We feel the duty to evolve our racing cars from season to season, but also to promote the exchange between us members and the fun working together as a core goal of our association.
According to the motto "We electrify you" we strive to inspire each other for new tasks and challenges and to pass on our experiences to following generations of students.
All our efforts and knowledge are manifested in our Hailey EVO, our almost 9th vehicle of the Formula Student Electric series.

ETH Zürich
Since the Academic Motorsports Club Zurich (AMZ) was founded in 2006 by students of ETH Zurich it has produced a prototype to compete in various Formula Student competitions in Europe every year. After having built three cars powered by combustion engines, AMZ has moved forward to developing electric racing cars since 2010. Throughout the years, we have continuously been at the top of innovation, not only developing new CFRP monocoques, complete aerodynamics packages and suspension but also designing our own motors, gearbox and controllers.
The association is financially independent and supported by numerous financial, manufacturing and parts sponsors as well as various institutes of Swiss universities ETH Zurich and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. AMZ is the first Swiss team in Formula Student. The active team counts approximately 70 people, backed by the crucial support of their alumni.
We look forward to competing with the whole Formula Student Community this summer with our 19th car nera.

Technische Universität Dortmund
GET racing is the student racing team of the Technische Universität Dortmund. In May 2005 the Formula Student presented itself at the Hannover Fair and became the initial spark for the foundation of our team in the same month.
Today the team consists of more than 65 students, most of them studying engineering and natural sciences, but also students with a focus on economics or humanities.
Together we build a new racing car every year, with which we compete against other teams in a Europe-wide design competition, also known as Formula Student.
Since 2020 we have been designing purely electric cars to follow the development trends in the automotive industry and the specifications of Formula Student. Furthermore, we are already preparing intensively for an autonomously driving racing car, which should be ready to drive in 2023.
